The Barbell Class* is for men and women who are serious about getting stronger or for the CrossFitter who is looking to gain an edge in total strength. The focus is on the Squat, Press, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean. The Barbell class will allow for you to practice your lifts, make up missed strength sessions, or follow a specific strength program. All under the watchful eye of a qualified coach.


Sign into class via Wodify or Mindbody. *As with all specialty classes at Guerrilla Fitness, Barbell is part of your existing membership. Your attendance will count towards your allotted days per your contract.
