The purpose of Guerrilla Nutrition is to educate and offer advice to our community. Navigating through the vast amount of information on nutrition is a tremendous task and often leads to a never-ending cycle of disappointment and failure.

Should I follow Paleo or Zone? How do I lose body fat and keep it off? How do I gain lean body mass? Am I reacting to certain foods? What do I eat before and after workouts? Can thyroid troubles, blood sugar problems, poor sleep, or digestive issues respond to nutrition?
