Do I need to get in shape before starting CrossFit?

No. Getting you in shape, CrossFit shape, is what we do and you just won’t get there on your own. Our workouts are designed to address all levels of fitness.

Can I try a class before I join?

Yes. We offer free trial classes at each of our four facilities every Wednesday and Saturday (& Sundays at our Paramus location).  Please contact us via the website to schedule a Free Trial class HERE.

What do I need to bring to class?

T-shirt, shorts, sweats, and a good pair of sneakers. Really, it’s whatever you feel most comfortable wearing to exercise.

We also recommend bringing your own bottled water and a post workout snack. A banana is a great source of complex carbohydrates for post-workout recovery.

How many days per week do I need to come to see results?
We recommend most beginners start with 2-3 days per week. This is a new fitness regimen for you; rest and recovery is what you need to see the results you want. As your body begins to adapt to the workouts you will require less rest/recovery time and can upgrade your membership accordingly.
If I have an injury or a nagging pain from a prior injury, can I still CrossFit?
Yes. With appropriate workout modifications and substitutions from one of our coaches you can and should continue to work out.
