No. Getting you in shape, CrossFit shape, is what we do and you just won’t get there on your own. Our workouts are designed to address all levels of fitness.

T-shirt, shorts, sweats, and a good pair of sneakers. Really, it’s whatever you feel most comfortable wearing to exercise.
We also recommend bringing your own bottled water and a post workout snack. A banana is a great source of complex carbohydrates for post-workout recovery.
