Based on the CrossFit endurance model, the Endurance program is intended to run in conjunction with an athlete’s regular membership classes. This program is specifically designed to:
- Improve your running form
- Help you to safely gain speed and stamina
- Teach you how to avoid chronic use injury
- Inspire you to run faster and have fun running!
The Program will consist of:
- 3-4 CrossFit workouts/week
- 2 group-coached interval session at Brookdale Track - meets 6:30pm on Monday and Wednesday
- One assigned tempo/stamina run
- Individual monitoring and feedback from the coach
This program runs in one-month increments. April 1st through September 30th While it is not mandatory, we do recommend that athletes commit to a minimum of a three-month period to achieve the maximum benefit. Athletes, at their option, will have the opportunity to train and compete in local races.
