The Guerrilla Barbell & Strongman Club is for men and women who are serious about getting strong or for the CrossFitter looking to gain an edge in total strength.
The program is based on Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength Program and will emphasize proper technique as you add weight to your lifts each workout. You will Squat, Press, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean, CORRECTLY.
- Offered at both Guerrilla Fitness Montclair & Morristown
- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 7:30pm - 9:00pm
- $99/month add-on to current membership for 5x/week members
- $125/month add-on to current membership for 3x/week members
- $150/month add-on to current membership for 2x/week members
