So I just wanted to add to the discussion on food related allergies and sensitivity.
I've been off dairy for a few months now, save for a bowl of ice cream at xmas. I had a few scooped of Designer brand whey protein Monday night, 30 minutes later I had a full on sinus head ache and my nose basically closed up.
I miss my dairy but if anyone wants 2 x 1/2 tubs of vanilla and natural flavor protein, let me know, apparently it breaks me. :-(
