1 Power snatch
1 Hang power snatch (Power snatch)
1 Squat snatch (Power snatch)
-Then at the 10 minute mark-
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, ‘Cindy’:
15 Air Squats
*1 Snatch Complex at the start of the AMRAP and every 2 minutes. Pick up ‘Cindy’ where you left off.
