STRENGTH
12 Minutes to build and establish a Heavy Snatch Double
Rest 3 minutes
Then directly into metcon.
Take 60%-70% of Snatch Double
CONDITIONING
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:
2 Power snatches
2 Overhead squats (Front squats)
2 Bar facing burpees
4 Power snatches
4 Overhead squats
4 Bar facing burpees
6 Power snatches
6 Overhead squats
6 Bar facing burpees
…and so on increasing by 2 reps until cap.
