STRENGTH
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Strict Press + 3 Push Press + 3 Push Jerks
*DB or KB alternate right/ left arm every minute

CONDITIONING
As many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:
5 Pike or Inverted Push-ups (10 Push-ups)
10 V-ups or tuck-ups
15 Supermans
20 Air squats
