As many reps as possible in 24 minutes:
10 Squat clean thrusters (20 air squats)
30 Plank jacks
10 Squat clean thrusters
30 Russian twists w/wo weight
10 Squat clean thrusters
30 Renegade rows (50 shoulder taps)

*1 minute Hollow hold at the start and every 4 minutes.
Pick up where you left off.
