Teams of 2
100 Thrusters (barbell, dumbbells, pvc)
100 Pull-ups (ring rows)
100 Box jumps (step-ups)
*5 Burpees (together) at the start and every 2 minutes
*Team Up. You go, I go scenario. Partition reps as desired. Go back and forth until 100 reps (50 each) are complete. Burpees performed together. Scale back reps if needed.
