Conditioning
High rounds/low reps with a heavy clean followed by a fast gymnastics and cardio. The clean should be heavy enough that a drop is needed after each rep, do 4-6 reps if going light. Keep each round under 90 seconds targeting 16-20 minutes completion. 22 minute CAP.
