COACH NOTES:

Strength
Build or stay. Start with a light/moderate weight and build over 10 sets to a heavy 3 reps or stay light and perform 5 reps each set to hone in mechanics.

Conditioning
Ascending/descending ladder by 4 reps. Choose a deadlift weight you can perform 14 reps unbroken maintaining a rigid back. Get parallel with those ring rows to reach the same pull stimulus as the C2Bs. Good at double unders? Strive to be under 12 minutes. Struggle with those dubs or doing singles then target under 15.
