Clean and Jerk
As many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:
7 Hang power cleans 95#/65#
21 Double unders/42 Singles
Post results to Wodify.
Build to find a 3RM C&J. Squat/Power clean and Push/Split jerk are all acceptable. Not a tap and go, should be a weight you have to drop with a quick reset.
Barbell cycle those cleans, fast and unbroken. The push-ups are the challenge in the workout here. Break them up in sets and scale appropriately. Target 7+ rounds.
