Reset your 3×5 Deadlift. 80%-82.5% of your new 1RM. If you missed the 1RM attempt last month this is your chance to make it up.

Conditioning
You vs. The Clock. It’s going to hit ya FAST! Complete all 50 devils press before moving onto pull-ups. Scale back the BJOs to 3 reps if needed. 15-18 minute target.
