Team up! Teammates can have different weighted barbells. Choose a weight you can perform 6 barbell reps unbroken. Bike with low or high intensity. Make the bike your rest or make it your workout. If your focus is to lift heavier today then pull back on the bike. If you want a cardio workout then push the bike. Or maybe you want the best of both worlds. The choice is yours!
