Strength
You did your 1RM clean and your 1RM jerk separately so now put them together to test your strength, speed mobility, stability and power for one of the most fun and effective lifts. Explosive is the word. Stick those landings and hold tight. Good Luck!

Conditioning
After a heavy lift let’s do some heavy cardio. 200m repeats. Run as fast as you can, your rest will be equal to your work. So if your ran 1:03 (200m) then rest 1:03. Repeat for 5 rounds. Fight to match each round. Score each round individually. 250m Row sprints is a good option.
