WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
1 Clean Pull + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat
Then (at the 10 minute mark)
As many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:
2 Squat cleans
4 Burpees
6 Toes to bar (Knees up or V-ups)

COACH NOTES:

Build the EMOM to a heavy squat clean for 2 reps in the metcon. Low rep rounds to stay steady and consistent. Strive for 10 + rounds.
