Strength
Today is the day you move heavy weight. Visualize it, play it in your head, see yourself doing the rep. Tighten up, concentrate and drive. Complete the rep by keeping your hands on the barbell and returning it to the floor. A drop from the top is a NO REP!
If you are not prepared physically or mentally for a 1RM do a 3×5.

Conditioning
Testing your strength, stability and mobility. If your mobility doesn’t allow you to perform an OHS correctly then do a front squat as an alternative. Under 10 minutes.
