Strength
The 3RM will prepare for the 1RM Strict Press next week.

Conditioning
Scale the strict pull-ups to 2-4 reps if needed. If you use a band, take a 1 second pause at the bottom of each pull-up to avoid a rebound effect. Sprint the row and run. Strive for 7 + Rounds in each section.
