Confidence, concentration and commitment. Solid set-up. Be explosive up and under the bar. Don’t muscle it…FINESSE IT. The snatch can be a scary lift at a heavy load so focus, focus, focus with a little bit of hocus pocus. Make the magic. Good Luck!
3×3 or 3×5 is always a good option if you are not 100%.

Conditioning
