Teammate 2: Max Man Makers 45#/30#

Partner up with a friend or make a new one. Choose different dumbbell weights if needed. While your teammate is running/rowing perform as many man/woman makers as possible then switch on their return. Continue back and forth for 18 minutes. Score your individual man/woman makers.
