Clean & Jerk
5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1
Then (at the 10 minute mark):
55 Pull-ups (85 Ring rows)
55 Deadlifts (C&J weight)
*5 Burpees at the start and top of every minute

COACH NOTES:

Another strength metcon mash-up. Decreasing reps but increasing weight over 10 minutes to find a heavy C&J. Use the same weight for the deads to power through at the end.
