COACH NOTES:

The strength goes down and the cardio goes up. Each set equals 11 reps with 11 cals to follow. The cardio to cardio (bbj to row/bike) will hit you the hardest. It’s a heavy hang but fight to be unbroken. Keep each round to 2 minutes for a 20 minute target.
