A good combination of movements to hit all muscle groups and get that heart rate up. But let’s talk about the importance of a box JUMP. Why jump? It builds explosive power, trains fast twitch muscles and makes you more athletic. If you are scared to jump then start with a couple bumper plates on the floor. As you get more confident add more plates. The height doesn’t matter…just JUMP!
