CONDITIONING
Strive to keep each movement to 30 seconds equaling a 90 second round and targeting 10 rounds total. Whoa! That’s 100 SDHPs…but manageable with light weight on the barbell. If you struggle to climb to the top of a rope then modify to climbing halfway or choose any of the alternatives above.
