30 Russian kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
30 Double unders/60 singles

Work for your rest. Hustle to allow at least 1 minute of rest to get the best results out of this WOD. If you struggle with double unders/singles then decrease the reps or jump rope until the 3rd minute of each cycle. Intensity and consistency is the name of the game here.
