STRENGTH
This barbell complex is designed to improve your squat clean. The clean variations focus on different pulls and timing in the clean leading up to the main lift. Increase weight each set maintaining sound mechanics.

CONDITIONING
Your coach will review the high bear crawl vs. the low bear crawl…the 1st uses more shoulders and the latter more legs. A good strategy is to alternate techniques each round to avoid shoulder burn out. Combined with the Devils Press this is one for the books. Not a fan of bear crawls? You can sub walking lunges.
