ACCESSORY
Improve your overall snatch by building confidence, speed and balance in the landing position with this important drill. Mobility can be an issue here so start with a light load and increase moderately.

CONDITIONING
There is no rest included in this metcon. Every 4 minute cycle start back at the row/bike/ski. Decrease the reps on the double unders or singles to allow time for burpees. Because everyone loves burpees!
