As many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:
5 Wallballs 20#/14#
3 Muscle-ups (6 pull-ups/10 ring rows)
*Heavy with excellent mechanics

We will review progressions to get you better or closer to a muscle-up/pull-up. Then apply that skill set to the WOD.
Those participating in The Guerrilla Games on Saturday should scale back a bit. Especially on the deadlift.
