CONDITIONING
CrossFit Open Workout 11.5
AMRAP 20 Min
5 Power Cleans 145#/105#
10 Toes 2 bar
15 Wall-balls 20#/14#

NOTES
STRENGTH
A 5 Rep Max is where you aim to go as heavy as you can for a single set of 5 reps. And that’s it!
Before attempting a “rep max” of any kind you must have a firm grasp of mechanics.
Beginners should use this time to practice mechanics while slowly increasing weight (in small increments) with the help of the coach.

More experienced lifters should also stay mindful with this effort.
You know yourself and know if today is your day for a RM.
It’s cool if you aren’t feeling it today.
Dial it back a little and go heavy… but not MAX heavy, and come back to fight another day.
