Consistent work with this drill HELPS EVERYONE. It will help you get stronger for pull-ups and get past sticking points in the muscle up.
 
CONDITIONING
Choose a weight that you can go unbroken with for both 10 HPC & 10 S2O.
 
Give your toes to bar the same attention you give your weight choice. We’ll help you make the right choice to build that midline strength!
