If you have spent the time to build good mechanics to attempt a heavy single then GO FOR IT!
It feels great to get a heavy barbell overhead.

Practice can be fun too! Use this time to work lot’s of reps and slowly experience heavier attempts with small jumps over time.

CONDITIONING
Moderate to heavy on the deadlifts.

3 Minutes doesn’t allow for enough time to work rope skill, so scaling to 3 chin-ups or 6 ring pulls would be a good choice here for effectiveness.”
