30 Dumbbell alternating snatches
*Plate squats in time remaining
Rest 1 minute

3 Minutes:
50 Plate jacks
30 Dumbbell press (15 each side)
*Overhead plate lunges in time remaining
Rest 1 minute

3 Minutes:
Kettlebell swings
*3 Burpees to start and every 30 seconds
Rest 1 minute

3 Minutes:
400m Run
Rest 1 minute
