25 Burpees (together)
25 Calorie bike (alternate)
As many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes:
50 Push-ups (together)
50 Calorie Row (alternate)
As many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes:
75 Air Squats (together)
75 Sit-ups (you go/I go, total of 75 per team)
As many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes:
100 Jumping jacks (together)
100m Bear crawl (alternate)
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
200m Run (together)
200 Singles (alternate)
