Workout of the Day
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 Power cleans + 2 Front squats + 1 Squat clean
Then
As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes:
9 Deadlifts
6 Lateral bar burpees
3 Muscle-ups or 6 Pull-ups

Rest 1 minute
Burpees/Mountain climbers

Sit-ups/Plank jacks
Rest 1 minute
Row/Bike
