(THANKSGIVING) 8am/9am ONLY
Fitness/Performance Workout of the Day
Every minute for 15minutes
Alternate between:
– Alternating dumbbell snatches
– Bodyweight lunges
– Plank

At the 20min Mark
Death by Burpees
Min 1, 2 Burpees
Min 2, 4 Burpees
Min 3, 6 Burpees
Keep adding 2 reps every minute until you can no
longer complete the allotted reps in the given minute.
