Monkey bar sideways traverse or Strict pull-ups/Ring rows
Elbow plank
Hollow rock or hold

80 Hang power cleans 135#/95#
*10 Deadlifts, 10 Box jump overs (24″/20″), 100m sprint for every bar drop or movement stop.

10 Burpees
