4 Hang power cleans 135#/95#
2 Thrusters 135#/95#
4 Pull-ups
2 Bar muscle-ups or 2 Strict pull-ups
6 Calorie Bike/Row

GUERRILLA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Workout
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes, rotate through:
Bike
Ball slams
Ring rows
Sit-ups
Box jumps
then
200m Run (3 minutes)

Repeat 3x.
