3 Power snatches
*Increase weight each round maintaining good mechanics

Rest 5 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Snatch balance or Overhead squats
*Increase weight each round maintaining good mechanics
(heavy from rack/light from floor)

Rest 5 minutes

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
1 Squat snatches 135#/95#
2 Lateral bar burpees
2 Squat snatches
4 Lateral bar burpees
3 Squat snatches
6 Lateral bar buprees
4 Squat snatches
8 Lateral bar burpees
and so on..
