Workout of the Day
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes:
6 Bear crawl to jump (forward/backward)
12 Alternating dumbbell snatch to lunge 45#/25# (single arm)
24 Double unders/60 singles

Rest 2 minutes. Repeat.

GUERRILLA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Workout
As many reps as possible in 30 minutes:
10 Dumbbell thrusters
10 Burpees
100m Run
20 Skater jumps
20 Mountain climbers
200m Run
30 Pulse lunges (15 each leg)
30 Plank shoulder taps
300m Run

1 minute rest every 5 minutes.
