Plank (60 seconds)

Workout of the Day
As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
35 Double Unders
25 Russian kettlebell swings 32kg/24kg
15 Goblet squats 32kg/24kg

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
15 Wallballs / Max battle rope

1 Minute rest

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
15 Ball slams / Max bike

1 Minute rest

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
150m Run / Max burpees

1 Minute rest

Repeat 1x for a total of 2 rounds
