1 Minute rest

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes
15 Ball slams / Max bike

1 Minute rest

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes
15 Wall-balls / Max burpees

1 Minute rest

Repeat 1x for a total of 2 rounds
