8 Power cleans 155#/105#
4 Calorie bike
8 Handstand push-ups (12 push-ups)
4 Calorie bike
8 Box jump overs 24″/20″

GUERRILLA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Workout
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
20 Calorie Row
20 Kettlebell deadlifts
20m KB farmer carry
20 Goblet squat
20m KB farmer carry

Rest 2 minutes. Repeat 2x for a total of 3 rounds.
Pick up reps where left off.
