Workout of the Day
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Power snatches

Rest 3 Minutes

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Snatch balance or Overhead squats

Rest 3 minutes

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
2 Squat snatches (As heavy as possible maintaining good mechanics)
200m Run
2 Rope climbs

GUERRILLA HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Workout
As many reps as possible in 32 minutes:
5 Calorie Bike
10 Burpees
15 Air squats
20 Lunges
25 Kettlebell swings
20 Goblet lunges
15 Goblet squats
10 Burpees
5 Calorie Row

*Every 4 minutes 1 minute rest then 200m Run (4:00, 8:00, 12:00, etc..)
