1 Power clean + 1 Hang power clean + 1 Squat clean thruster
*Increase weight each set maintaining good mechanics

Workout of the Day
1 minutes to complete:
10 Calorie Row or Bike
*Max Double unders/singles in time remaining

Rest 1 minute. Repeat 7x for a total of 8 Rounds.

Workout

Bike
Air squats to jump squat (4 to 1)

Rest 2 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes, alternate between:
Ball slams
Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes, alternate between:
Sit-ups
Supermans
