Snatch deadlift + Snatch pull + Power snatch

Workout of the Day
2 minutes to complete:
24 Russian kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
12 Box jumps 24″/20″
6 Handstand push-ups or 10 push-ups
*Max burpees in time remaining

Rest 1 minute. Repeat 4x times for a total of 5 Rounds.

Workout
3 Minutes 30:30 work/rest
Bike
Then
As many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes
3 Push-ups
3 Mountain climbers
3 Burpees

1 Minute rest

Repeat 3x for a total of 4 rounds
