As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
60 Double Unders/120 singles
30m Walking overhead lunges 75#/45#

20 Calorie row
200m run
20 Lunges
10 Calorie bike
100m sprint
10 Slam balls

Repeat 3x for total of 4 rounds.
