Power snatch + Hang power snatch + Overhead squat + Snatch balance
*Increase weight each set maintaining good mechanics

Workout of the Day
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes:
2 Deadlifts 225#/135#
2 Box jumps 24″/20″
25 Double unders/50 singles
4 Deadlifts
4 Box jumps
25 Double unders/50 singles
6 Deadlifts
6 Box jumps
25 Double unders/50 singles
and so on…

10 seconds ON/10 seconds OFF
Bike
Ball slams
Burpees
Box jumps
Rest (1 minute)
