Teams of 2
100 Pull-ups
100 Overhead alternating plate lunges (45#/25#)
100 Push-ups
*100m Run with/without weight (together) for every drop in movement. 1 plate, alternate weight after 50m.

*You go, I go scenario. (Each Teammate does 50 reps)
**Pull-ups: Teammates hang from the bar together. Teammates go back and forth rep for rep until all reps are complete. 100m Run for every drop from the bar.
**Overhead alternating plate lunges: Teammates each hold plate overhead. Teammates go back and forth every 2 reps (right leg/left leg) until all reps are complete. 100m Run for every plate drop.
**Push-ups: Teammates hold plank. Teammates go back and forth rep for rep until all reps are complete. 100m Run for every drop in plank.
